Your questions before you commit
What if I don't like the design?
We show you the visual direction on your home page before we build anything else. As long as it's not a clear yes, we keep reworking it: revisions are unlimited. We only move on to the other pages once that direction is approved, so you never end up looking at a whole site that doesn't feel like you.
Can I edit my site myself after it goes live?
Yes. You get a handover session and a guide of your own, and you'll find that guide in your client space. Changing a text, a photo or a block takes no developer. When a project is built in custom code, we tell you upfront, before we start, exactly what you'll be able to edit yourself.
What happens if something goes wrong after launch?
You write to us and we take a look. Support after launch is part of the method, and you keep the same contact, the person who built your site. There's no support desk to bring up to speed on a project they've never seen.
How much time do I need to put in?
Onboarding takes 20 minutes: we frame everything then and there. After that, your time is limited to giving feedback on what we show you, and we ask for it within 48 working hours. The average time between signature and launch is 21 days.
Who writes the copy?
We do. Full copywriting is included in the project: we write your pages in your voice, starting from onboarding and what we learn about your business. You never face a blank page. You read it over, flag what doesn't sound right, and we adjust.
What if my project falls behind on my end?
We follow up, and we pick back up when you're available. The 21-day figure is an average, not a countdown working against you: it shifts with your feedback. Let's be straightforward about it: your responsiveness sets the pace of the project.
