Chat assistant
The site offers a chat assistant that answers visitor questions using the public content of rymav.studio. Messages exchanged are sent to Anthropic PBC (United States), which provides the language model used to generate the answers. This transfer outside the European Union relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Conversations with the assistant are kept by Rymav Studio for 90 days: the questions asked, the assistant's answers, the page the conversation took place on, and the date. No IP address is recorded. Each conversation is linked to a technical identifier generated at random by the browser, which is tied to no identity and disappears when the tab is closed. These conversations are used solely to improve the assistant's answers. After the 90-day period, they are deleted automatically.
We recommend not entering sensitive or confidential information into the assistant. Deleting a conversation can be requested at the contact address above, matthis@rymav.studio.
An anti-bot system provided by Cloudflare protects the assistant against automated use. It does not set advertising cookies and does not track browsing.
Using the assistant is optional: the contact form and the booking page remain available without going through it.
Audience measurement
This site uses Umami, a cookie-free, tracker-free audience measurement tool, hosted by Rymav Studio on a server located in France. No data that could identify a visitor is kept: the IP address is not stored, no identifier is placed on the device, and no data is cross-referenced with another service. Statistics are aggregated and kept for a maximum of 25 months. This measurement falls under the consent exemption defined by the CNIL, which is why no cookie banner is shown.
To improve the site, some visits (one in two, chosen at random) are recorded as a session replay: mouse movements, scrolling and pages viewed, for up to five minutes. Anything typed into form fields is masked before any recording happens. These recordings are tied to no identity, never leave Rymav Studio's server, and are deleted after 30 days.
